hi 3.8litres wat state r u from? im pretty sure in victoria 18" will be fine aslong as its not too low. but thats just my guess. can som1 bak me up on this one
Victoria: The overall diameter of alternative tyres must be not more than 15mm larger than the largest O.E. size. Minimum speed rating is equivalent to the highest state speed limit, which is 110kph or K. This is all i could find it is a little dated but may be accurate.
ok guys I dont want to rain on ya parade but y do you want 18's??? unless your car is in micky mouse condition, well I cant see the reason, not just that anything over a 16 looks sh1t house imo!!! also this topic is getting a bit old, try to start another topic of your own rather than reply to a old 1 ...
why not just pump the hell out of the gaurds and run 22x10.5..haha..except for the fact it would be very illegal..lol 18's will be sweet man..love the look of those rims good choice
thats the rims I want on my car....but I have a feeling anything above 17" is illegal, I'm pretty sure you can only go 2 sizes up from the stock rims....im prolly wrong but
To alcohol! The cause of and solution to all of life's problems!
only illegal if rolling diameter is (if i remember right)(may be wrong) 15mm over standard.. 18's usually go with 40 profile tyres, 17's with 45, 19's with 35-30, etc 19's with 35 profile i think is over standard rolling diameter but 30 is fine and 40 profile on 18's is fine.. stock is 15 with 60 profile if i remember rightly..
