Steering wheel is peice of piss mate.
Make sure wheels are dead straight or as straight as u can get them..

Pull off all covers around it(behind it) and one on front(horn..thers a few screws u need to undo, until u find the big nut holding the steering wheel on(its on a tappered spine) and undo that, but dont take it fully off or when the s/wheel comes loose u will get a broken nose!! yeah so undo until end of nut flush with end of spine.

If you dont have proper puller its not a big deal i did it without one. Sit in your seat, pull it as far forward as possible. Bring your knees up to the bottom of the s/wheel and pull back as hard as you can with them, while doing that give the top FRONT of the s/wheel a quick, hard hit with open hands... then try pull wheel off, repeat if it doesnt work first time but it will, took me 2 go's..wheel should slide off.

Once you got steering wheel off, bolt sports wheel loosely to boss kit and put on spine so wheel is straight or on same angle as s/wheel that came off. leave middle part of sports wheel out and bolt boss on but not tightly.
Take car for drive to make sure wheel is as straight as it can be, adjust if need be...
Once happy bolt on boss kit tightly. take off sports wheel, connect up horn wires(obvious were they go), put center of sports wheel in and screw/bolt on sports wheel again and your good to go!
