Hi,
the family limo has gotta go..
1989 series 1 VN, 250K, white, auto.
It still goes, rego expired.
Problems I'm aware of (in no particular order..)

some small rust spots around front/rear windscreen seals
transmission overdrive not always engaging smoothly - valve kit needed
clutch slipping when cold - not greatly but it will need attention.
(R) front shock noisy - would suggest both get done..
a Spring in rear bench seat almost poking through surface..
Cosmetic wear on rivers sear upholstery.

The engine itself goes great.
All bearings on the fan belt line replaced eg; alternator, water pump, harmonic balancer etc.
Power steering pump reconditioned.
brake pads recently done, fuel pump & filter replaced about 2 yrs ago.

Make no mistake, it would need work to bring back to new, and has cosmetic wear of a 250k car spending most of it's life outside.
Having said that, there's tons of parts I'd think uo use to people..

Email me and I'll get back to you ASAP.
Camera broken so pics unavailable at this stage...sorry..
Cheers,
David

By the sounds of it the only things that really need doing are the tranny needs a service and the suspension needs doing.

You should be able to sell it whole for $500-$1000

I'd be a shame to see such a 'straight' car get broken down. You should be able to sell it to someone who is looking for a project to work on.

BTW: Welcome to the club.
