hey all im having the worst day ever i was driving to tafe today and next thing you know a truck slams into the ass end of my car so we pulled over and swaped details and all that stuff so i go and get a few quotes and its gonne cost over $3500 to get fixed so now im guessing the insureance ppl will call it a repairable write off and ill get a whole $1500 he thing i dont get is that it drives perfect still its only panel damage or panel crushe nto my boot and i canr open my boot and my car has eaten my taillight so what gives them the F#$%*(g right to take my pride and joy AHHHHHH im so pissed off
if its mangled the rear quarter panel(s) it will most likely be a write off, is it insured for 1500 or is that after they take out the excess? if its after then dont worry as you wont have to pay a cent and you will get more than 1500, their insurance will have to cover it not you.
If its a regular vn then it can always be replaced... youll be able to keep the wreck if it is deemed a write off so you can transfer any stereo or engine mods over.
