I would give it a go but I would x my fingers .. the reson being toyota lexens have diff engine spec and run at diff revs, also they have a govener in them wich my affect the vn! basicaly u are taking a toyota part and fitting it to a holden ... they might look the same but they are to very diff cars
lexcen is the same as commodore, the differances is just the badging and minor bodywork and interior trim. Just make sure you get the right model part for your car for the series 1 is differant specs to series 2, eg- cam specs and intake specs. hope this helps
m8 I h8 to correct ya but the toyota is not quite the same as the vn!!!! badges and trim have nothing to do with it!!! Toyota brought the model of gmh and made there own changes to the engine !!!! U can fit the running gear and even a lexan motor in but as far as parts from the lexan to the vn go engine wise ha. Not just that the lexans have a governer on them! The vn dont!! I'm not sayin that u dont know what your sayin , but I have been workin on vn's and the lexan's for abot 10 years!! TRust me they are very different !!! and in all honesty y in the hell would u want to put a toyota part on a vn???????
I will find the link 4 the specs and dont get me wrong I was in a bit of a sh1tty mood last night and generaly had a rip at a few users ..... sorry if I sound like a ar5ehole!
