Hi gang as you may know I'm doing the conversion from vn to vr hit a snag today the vr steering don't mate up to vn but got me thinking can I use the vr rack and change the tie rods and rod ends over with the vr ends ie use vn ends on vr rack it's the only thing I've come up with anyone think this may work

The main thing that changed from VP to VR was the geometry of the struts. The struts on the VR-VS are set backwards further than the VN/VP. In theory the VN ends should work. Have you measured the bolt pattern on the rack? It's not like Holden to change something unless it's an improvement, but often those improvements are of the "bolt on" variety
