Does anyone know what position the strut tops (bolt position) should be in when running superlow coils

I would suggest investing in a set of adjustable strut tops from someone like k-mac or whiteline. As for bolt position i am not sure sorry.
 
What's the difference between understeer and oversteer?
Understeer is when the driver is scared.
Oversteer is when the passenger is scared.
