Hey guys does anyone know the deal with lowering and insurance?

atm im third party and im paying around 400 a year i wanna get my car dumped but im affraid my premium is gonna shoot thru the roof?

has anyone had some experiences with this and give me some ideas to get around it or how much it has made there insurance jump?

i kno it depends from company to company but just be good to hear what problems other people have been through

i dont wanna do an oxy job i want it properly done with new shockers and springs all round

and i dont wanna go ridiculously low just drop it a few inches from it looking like a 4x4 atm lol

cheers, Matt

Well what you could do is ring your insurence acency... and ask if it would that would be the simplest way.... I had mine lowered and it didn't change mine monthly rate... im with SGIC... But not sure how good it is im prob getting gypt, and also cause im a p plater.. i pay 38 a month.
